After your arrival in Edinburgh, go to the starting point of the city tour at Waterloo Place (Waterloo Place, EH1 3BG, Edinburgh). The staff there will give you your ticket for the hop-on hop-off bus and a time slot ticket for the Edinburgh Castle. The bus ticket is valid for 48 hours from this point.
You must always start at Waterloo Place.
